John M. Maxwell : Principal & President
Mr. Maxwell has spent his professional career in business development and marketing. He began his career in corporate benefits and financial services with the Principal Financial Group, later with Oxford Health Plans, ultimately co-founding the Pacific Peninsula Custom Group (PPCG) to offer integrated design-through-construction services.
Jude C. Kirik : Principal
As a registered California Architect, Jude holds a national certificate from the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB). Mr. Kirik's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University of Ohio and a Masters in Architecture from Texas
A&M University.
Mr. Kirik has a wide array of knowledge and experience to draw from. Jude's experience includes over twenty years of practice in the design and construction of commercial, retail, recreational, and single-family residential, multifamily housing projects, spanning three states.
